Guess I'll try replacing the petcock. I have already pulled it from the tank and checked/cleaned it. What does the diaphragm do? It appears to go to a vacuum port on the carb? Is that the vacuum control your refer too? Meaning fuel flow to the carb is controlled via vacuum from the carb? Correct? HMMMM!!!! (Light bulbs going off!!)
